GeoLink Software has a distributed structure built on the basis of the modern Internet communication means (e-mail, chat, video conferences). The Company is comprised of two highly professional and very structured teams, one in Houston, USA. Both teams are managed from the Company central office in Houston.
Besides being the control center, the Houston office has its own strong development team and carries out not only Key decisions (development of Company marketing strategy, customer relation strategy, interaction with the clients and customer support functions), but also some fine tunes our development services, and cares for customer support.
The Houston office is the home of the GeoLink development oasis. Creation of all major Software products and custom software development are done there by local genius programmers, including analysts, project leaders, developers, designers, QA engineers, technical writers. |

Development team |

A development team includes a team leader or project manager and team developers. Such a team may be involved in one or several Company projects. In the development process, the development teams interact with subsidiary departments (Software Testing Department, etc). In many cases the development teams include specialists from subsidiary departments (designers, software testers, etc).
In the interaction of the main Houston office with the Kiev office we widely employ both Internet means (e-mail, web, real-time chat, video conferences, etc) and also phone calls. As a rule our offices communicate several times per day. It is obligatory for a team leader to send the daily report (with detailed account of what have been done) to the main office.
GeoLink Software has Partner Agreements with some CIS software development companies. This ensures us to quickly and easily subcontract huge numbers of professionals to fulfill projects of any size and complexity, and very special projects which need extraordinary knowledge of special rarely used technologies. |
